I have been a Postpartum Doula since 1994. I follow the time-honored tradition of doula philosophy: “Mothering the mother”. I am dedicated to supporting, educating, and mentoring women during their crucial time after birth - the role of motherhood.

Infant care education such as baby's first bath; umbilical cord care, along with other areas are addressed. Other services offered: Grocery shopping, laundry, meal preparation; a must for a mother who has several children.

I am also a certified Breastfeeding Peer Support Counselor, LLLI. I offer breastfeeding support and private, in-your-home breastfeeding classes. Group breastfeeding classes also available upon request.

High-Risk Pregnancy Support for the bedridden mom- (Bed Rest). High-risk pregnancy support is provided to the mother who must severely curtail her activities. Assistance with busy toddlers, grocery shopping, laundry and other services are provided for the mother and family.

Please call or e-mail if you would like to talk about how I can help you.
