I am both a Labor Support Doula and Postpartum Doula trained and certified by Doulas of North America (DONA). I am also the mother to two terrific kids and the wife of a supportive, wonderful husband. It was after the birth of my daughter and own postpartum experience that I knew I wanted to work with families to assist them in creating a rewarding birth and postpartum experience to remember for the rest of their lives.

My goal is to empower families through education and personalized support to have a positive birth and postpartum experience. As a postpartum doula I offer families both practical and emotional support after the birth of their baby. I am honored to be a part of this special time for families.
