Through my Doula and Lamaze childbirth education work, I am most successful in making the labor and birthing of your baby more comfortable. I provide physical and emotional support for women and their partners through education, encouragement, massage, visualization , aromatherapy, reflexology, breathing, positioning, acu and counter pressure , in addition to other comfort measures. I always support the decision of the laboring mother whether she births naturally or with medication. Birth is more than a medical event; it is the creation of family. I believe pregnancy and childbirth are extraordinarily beautiful and sacred times in a woman's life.
